On 2 out of the 3 sites I manage and run WP Statistics on the tabs at the top of the settings & optimization pages are unclickable. I’m running WordPress 4.9.6 and using version 12.3.6 of WP Statistics plugin. They haven’t worked in quite some time. I’ve tried deactivating, deleting the plugin, and reinstalling but that doesn’t work. The one site it does work on is also the newest site.

I worked around this issue by installing a Health Check plugin. I enabled Health Check which disables all plugins. Then I enabled WP statistics and I was able to access the tabs. I made the required changes in the tabs and uninstalled Health Check. I still can’t access without going through that process but at least I found a way.

Interestingly enough it’s not enough to just disable all other plugins. There is something else in Health Check that let me make those changes.

same here, it is unclickable, tried every browser so far, but as you say, it might be a plugin thingy

    haven’t figured it out yet
