I was attempting to make a new product to sell on our website. When I went to test the payment button, I saw that I hadn’t included the test API key yet. But now, the settings page will not load so I can’t correct the issue. Suggestions?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in with no change, making sure to update the site and plug-in just now. Did I really mess it up by not inserting the temporary API?

    Hi,

But now, the settings page will not load so I can’t correct the issue. Suggestions?

Can you carry out a plugin/ theme conflict test? For example: Can you disable all other plugins and only have ours active, then carry out a test? If this does not help, do the same with your theme. Test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen? Then carry out a test.

Can you also share some specs from your site and server?

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

Sure enough, it is a plug-in conflict. The culprit is this old one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/scripts-n-styles/

I have deactivated it and can now use your settings menu, and will research a replacement for the script override. Thank you for the suggestion.

I am glad to know you found the conflicting plugin. I am marking this thread as resolved.

    Enjoy the plugin 🙂
