Settings page not showing up

Hello! I’m having a problem setting up the plugin. On my plugins page, there is no option for a settings page, only the “deactivate” button. When I navigate to mywebsite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=beautiful-taxonomy-filter, I get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” How can I access the settings?
