    Using Salient theme; Just installed the free version and can’t use the settings panel. It produces this message (I have removed details on the internal path on my server):

    Hi BevH,

    Please try to remove the plugin and install it again. The file is definitely in the package.

    If that doesn’t help, perhaps there’s some problem with the file access permissions on the server. You’d need to check the FTP if the file is readable.
