Settings — Permalink??

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to change the overall settings of permalinks from custom to the version I want applied moving forward. In all of the articles I’m reading and tutorials I am watching, it shows the following:

Settings>Permalink

However, this isn’t the case for my page. Permalink doesn’t appear as an option under my settings. Has this moved somewhere else??
