Is it possible that you’re using Cloudflare? As far as I know, the error is HTTP Error 524, a Cloudflare-specific error that indicates that Cloudflare successfully connected to the origin server, but the server didn’t provide an HTTP response within the default timeout of 100 seconds.
Which caching method is currently selected (e.g., database or file system)? Does it make a difference if you select a different caching method? Is it possible for us to gain temporary access to the system? This would allow us to take a closer look at the problem. If so, please send us the access to [email protected].
