Settings Updated but nothing changed

RESOLVED. Thank you.

Under the Extra Accessories area in the form I wanted to update the columns to show 3 on desktop and changed the color picker color to a red. I made these updates and saved but nothing changes. Whenever I try to change anything in the settings like Images Default theme or Default columns nothing happens. I have no server cache on and I cleared my browser (and viewed in an incognito window).
