Settings>>Media lacks Uploading Files

    Hi,

    In dashboard Settings>>Media after Image sizes section, there is Uploading Files section with one option checkbox – “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”. This is in my localhost installation.

    Well, in my public host installation, the section Uploading Files is missing for some reason.
    Can somebody help why is that?
