Setup: Facebook Page Not Found

    Hello,

    I’m having an issue with setup from WooCommerce.

    – installed plugin, activated
    – facebook page is visible for all: https://www.facebook.com/monkindberlin
    – full wordpress-site url is entered on facebook page

    After clicking “Get Started” in WC>Settings>Integration, it is not able to find our business page.

    Please help!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    From Facebook, could you please go to this Page, click Settings, and go to the Page Roles area? Under the Existing Page Roles area, what role does your Facebook user have for this Page? I’m wondering if perhaps there is something related to the Page role that’s preventing the page from showing in Facebook for WooCommerce.
