Setup Gmail Workspace Cloud Project No Organization

    My client has a new Google Workspace account. I can see the organization name. But when I go to Cloud Platform and Create a Project, I only see “No Organization”. It doesn’t seem to be connected to the Organization in her account. I’ve set up WP Mail SMTP with gmail credentials before and never seen this. I downgraded her subscription today and from Plus to Standard and wonder if that change could cause this. How should I proceed?

    Hi @charinca,

    Thanks for reaching out! You are only required to enter the project name and you can ignore the location field.

    In case if you want to add organization name, please refer to this guide.

    Thank you for the reply. I ended up figuring this out. I didn’t need to add the organization name.
