Setup incomplete is shown if you didn’t go through the all setup tabs but this is not affecting chat widget appearance.
I can see that the script is missing from the source code and the access token has failed status, so would like ask you to do the following:
1. Upgrade to the latest plugin version (in Plugins -> Upgrade Now)
2. Disconnect the page -> Log out of Facebook -> Log in back to Facebook -> Connect the same page
3. Refresh connection with FB here https://app.mobilemonkey.com/chatbot-editor/136745/configure/maintenance

I tried it, does not work again. I know that if I reset all connections and do all configuration again chatbot will work, but I can’t do that every day.

Please, clear the browser cache and try again. And also make sure that Ad Blockers are off, because this may affect.
