2.- For Express checkout to be visible, once activated, please make sure to save a payment method in your browser. For example, for Apple Wallet, it will need to be configured on your browser, and it is the same for Google Play/Google Pay. More information is available on the documentation below:

This is a public forum. I recommend sending the link using a service like https://pastebin.com/ then you can allow some days for the info to be alive while the issue is being checked. (Once the info is removed or deactivated from Pastebin this will not be accessible).

2a- Does fast payment require a bank card?

Are you referring to the Payment request buttons? Correct?

Please note, you will need to register with each service (Apple Pay, Google Play, etc.) for each payment method to work properly, your customer will need to register as well if they want to use those payment methods.

2b- Can I change the location and color of the Quick Checkout button?

Using CSS code, you can change properties such as the button position and others.

3- I created the account on pastebin.com, now I have to make a new paste with password or something like that if necessary?

For the most part, users send public links to pastebin, and they can remove the info after some days once the issue has been checked.

4- I also want to know if the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin should work alone or with the WooCommerce Payment plugin?

They are independent, you can use either Stripe or WooCommerce Payments, or both, this is according to your needs.

5- Are the bank cards accepted at the time of the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway are the following: Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and credit card?

The most common debit/credit card accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and additional payment methods that you can check right here.
