Setup not working

    I went through:
    > Customer Chat
    >> Setup Customer Chat
    >>> Completed all the steps
    >>>> The setup window closes once I’m done

    But nothing happens and the chat icon doesn’t appear on the site at all. I tried re-installing WordPress through the Dashboard but still not working.
