Setup Shipping class for based on delivery dates

How do I setup the shipping class so that the it will also calculate based on the number of dates/days the meals need to be delivered (Example:Client pre-order meals on 22 May and 26 May, I need the system need to pick up 2 delivery dates, instead of lumping the order as a single delivery cost)?
I also want to know if there’s any plugin that can set daily recurring product limit? (Example: there’s a daily limit of 30 pieces of chocolate cookies available a day for the entire duration of a week).
