setup simple WP photoblog

Hi All
I need to setup a wordpress for a photo gallery, something with really basic functionality, and I’d like to do all with plugins and not coding. What I want to do is:

1) insert 1 image per post, as featured or in the body, maybe I’ll put some text as well but is not mandatory;
2) in the homepage, I want to display only a slideshow with the last X images from posts, automatically.
3) optionally, the slideshow in the HP should display only pictures from posts with a specific category/tag

which plugins do I need to achieve this?
