I just installed this plugin and after finishing the initial setup tutorial, instead of going to the dashboard it returns to the beginning of the tutorial, stuck in a loop.
I tried several times with different settings and it does the same. I also noticed that in the Plugin sidebar menu, if I click on any of its submenu items all lead back to the beginning of the tutorial again. Even the Plugins link has be “highjacked”, if I select Installed Plugins I can’t access any of my other plugins, it also sends me back to that first tutorial setup page. I tried different browsers, same problem. WordPress support had to deactivate this plugin for me to be able to recover control of the Plugins link on the sidebar. I will not reactivate this and perhaps install a different Newsletter plug in as your does not work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, probably you have an object cache plugin blocking the saving of the end of setup. The only option now is to use a file manager and rename or remove the folder wp-content/plugins/newsletter so the plugin is no more found by WP and deactivated.

    Stefano.

Thank you Stefano for your quick response. The WordPress support guys did not recommend to use a file manager if I’m not familiar with it. I was looking for a quick solution for Newsletters and don’t really have the time to invest into this troubleshooting work.
I’ll just delete yours and install a different Newsletter solution.
    Thanks for your time though
