Sevearl problems

Hi,

Just installed Wp and instantly have several problems, not he best of starts I feel but I’m hopefuul someone hear can help although I have searched and can find little on these issues which are :

1. I can not access the code box when posting
2. The text editor box lows into the right hand side menu and anything you type goes under that menu.(ie the bit that says :catagories, post slug, post status etc)
3.When I publish, only the topic title shows up and not the content of the topic which is nowhere to be seen.
4. When you edit there is no publish button.

I have tried uninstalling and starting again, I have tried several templates all to no avail.

Can someone please advise ?
