sever hacker / mailer

    i have tried everything:

    I have a very bad hacker / spammmer that is mailing from my wordpress theme, i have tried everything to stop him including nowinstalled wordfence, i clean up all the vulnerabilities but the hacker just keeps getting through.

    i am open to suggestion on how to stop this guy

    oh yes, it is the same mailer doing this, started with a red and black flag that was put up announcing success of hacking my site, i just restored my wordpress site and then the mailing started.

    the wordfence worked for about one day, so ……

    Sorry to hear that — we do have a guide to do a thorough cleaning of sites using Wordfence, with some of the more aggressive options, which may help:
    How do I clean my hacked site using Wordfence?

    Note that the high sensitivity option can cause “false positives,” so every file that is reported as a potential problem might not be the actual issue.

    If you need help determining if a particular file is bad, let us know. You can post files on pastebin.com and just post a link here, but please don’t post any potentially malicious code directly in the forum.
