    Hi,
    I hope your doing well since last time. Now i began to testing the functionality booking system with Woocommerce. I found some bugs that i’m gonna listing you here. I can create for you an admin account if you need.

    • When i receive a booking and i go to Woocommerce > order and i change the order status there is a new order who is created.
    . I putted off the option “Auto aprove booking” > Where can we confirm the booking as an admin? Did not find it. In Booking calendar i see the Status as “blocked” but can’t find how to switch it on pending or cunfirmed and i’m not sur it will be linked with Woocommerce order status.
    • Why is the booking blocked by default and not into “on hold” status ?
    • Customer information registered in WooCommerce after order is not transferred to the booking details of the Easy Hotel Booking plugin.
    • Is it possible to customize the photo gallery display design or change it?
    • Additional services do not appear anywhere.

    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will check the auto-approval system and update you shortly.

    We also have our own booking integration built into Easy Elements, where you can easily change the booking status. When using WooCommerce Bookings, all booking data is already transferred to the Easy Hotel Booking system automatically.

    You can also view everything from the Easy Hotel → Bookings tab, where all booking details are displayed in one place for easy management.

    Regarding Additional Services, do you mean displaying them in the admin panel so the hotel owner or administrator can review them? Please confirm, and we’ll make sure to assist you properly.
