Hello,
The reviews page should be available to http://yoursite.com/reviews/ while a book review should be available at http://yoursite.com/review/my-review-of-such-book/
Not every book available on Gr will return a book cover via its API. So if it fetches other information but no book cover, it means no cover is available (even if one exists on the book’s Gr page) due to licensing restrictions of the publisher.
The same goes for fetching the book’s title or published date, or any other piece of information. You will have to manually add the missing pieces of information.
Basically, the Gr API makes no guarantee on the presence or validity of any piece of information for a book.

Greetings,
Thanks for the answer, the blank info it makes sense. Not a good business practice on their part.
I had to make a blank “Reviews” page, are there some docs someplace that explains this?
I feel that this should have been created when the plugin was activated!
I was trying to using “review” as that was part of the URL.

Greetings again,
After reading through several of the other support topics I see I’m not the only one that this is happened to.
All I saw was why this happened not really a quick or easy fix, such as making a blank page.
For right now everything is up and running.
Hello again,
I have just pushed an update that will fix the soft-404 errors for new users of the plugin.
In regards to the Gr API, it is the worst one I have some across and what is worst is that they don’t have to care. They have complete dominance of the book review niche, so they can ignore the quality of their data because they will always have a vast quantity of it.
