Please remember we are on v1.60 due to other issues with the settings page so no idea of some issues are fixed in later versions:

issue with the ‘ on our site examples, our site it needs ” (double one) guess this should be checked or mentioned.

Not in your Docs but working is to limit the search to a single category: [ultimate-faq-search include_category=”publiek”] might be good to add.

Doing a search on a FAQ pages gives a mess of double displaying faq’s. Or it should jump to the right faq in the main page or switch off the other ones outside the search display. Checking 1.6.5 seems to have a bit different option but is not working for us.

The question form seems incomplete, we get the title and question field but only labels Question Author and what name should be displayed , no input fields
Even with display blank fields on , no difference

    Custom fields don’t show up.

The field with No results FAQ’s contained the term ‘%s’ does not save the changes.

    Thats it for a start…..

  • Hello zebrahosting,

    Thank you for your suggestions.

Could you share the shortcode that you are using to search. If you are using the search shortcode with the faq shortcode then it will display double faq’s. Have you tried using the search shortcode :

    [ultimate-faq-search show_on_load="yes"]

Adding Custom fields should add custom fields to your back-end. you should be able to see those fields when you click on an FAQ in the Admin area in the plugin backend.

The field with No results FAQ’s contained the term ‘%s’ does not save the changes. – This has been updated in the new versions. Could you try updating to the latest version once, to check if it works for you?

    Best regards,
