I just went through all your list and was able to re-create all of the bugs. Two things though:
- The auto-draft thing is a WordPress feature and I’m not sure we should disable it. We’ll give it some thoughts
- New tickets normally become “In Progress” after the first agent reply. We thought it would be a good idea to do it in order to avoid the “I forgot to change the status” problem. What do you thing about it?
For the rest I will go through it all and fix it for next version.

1. About the autodraft, sometimes i get multiple auto-draft tickets along with the acutal ticket, if i take time to create the ticket in the wp-admin. i will try disabling auto draft.
2. Actually, when i create the ticket in the backend, it automatically becomes in-progress. I think since I am an agent, it makes it in-progress. Personally, i don’t think it is an issue. I reported it thinking it was bug.

I’ve just done a couple of fixes on the plugin:
- Tickets are now correctly trashed (see this topic)
- Tags are now correctly filtered (see 4a98bd5 for reference)
Regarding the auto-draft thing I’m not sure if we should do something or not. It is an important feature and auto-drafts are automatically deleted after 7 days of going unused.
