Thanks for reaching out @nlaahanen. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Does the same occur if you temporarily deactivate your WP Fastest Cache plugin? I ask as I can see various optimizations performed, and there may be a minification or JS file merge related conflict.
- Does the same occur if you temporarily disable the Site Kit admin toolbar feature (Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Display relevant page stats in the Admin bar.)?
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
Hi. I tried to answer several times by email to this topic. I also submitted the form you asked.
Sorry to hear that @nlaahanen. We don’t provide support via email, but certainly I would be happy to reopen this and assist further. I checked your site and I can see various optimizations performed, which leads me to suspect the issue is caused by a conflict with the Site Kit admin toolbar and your caching optimization plugin configurations. Luckily, there are exclusions you can apply if this is the case.
To confirm that a conflict is the cause, please share the following:
- Does the same occur if you temporarily deactivate your WP Fastest Cache plugin?
- Does the same occur if you temporarily disable the Site Kit admin toolbar feature (Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Display relevant page stats in the Admin bar.)?
Note also that this issue should only occur for logged in users if it’s related to a caching plugin configuration, as the Site Kit admin toolbar feature is only available to these users.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
@nlaahanen Just following up to check whether you’ve had time to check the above? Let me know if you have any questions with this.
Hi! I located the problem and it is caused by CookieYes-plugin. When I disable the CookieYes – all works fine with the Google Site Kit plugin. I contact the Cookie Yes Support or change the cookie plugin.
Glad you were able to determine the cause, nice troubleshooting. If you run into any further issues, be sure to reach out.
Note also that what you are encountering may be multi plugin related. That’s why it may be useful to perform the checks suggested above, with your WP Fastest Cache plugin deactivated or with the Site Kit admin toolbar feature disabled.
I’ll close this support topic, but do feel free to reopen if you wish for us to check anything else with your setup.
