Several PHPBB malware warnings

I just signed up with cleantalk site security. I dropped sitelock because $30 a month is a bit much for me. I love cleantalk’s spam security and decided to do the site security. I just did a scan and got several malware warnings on my phpbb message board. Are these files bad? If I delete them will it break the site?
