    Hello PMS Support Team,

I am setting up a site to sell individual digital stories, alongside a main monthly subscription. I’m using the free version of your plugin to achieve this. I have run into an issue during my testing.

Here is a description of the problem:

    What I tried to do:

    1. I have configured several single-payment, lifetime duration plans (e.g., Price: €3.95, Duration: 0). Each of these plans corresponds to a specific story a user can buy.
    2. Using an incognito window, a new test user successfully registers and purchases their first story (let’s call it “Story A”). This process works perfectly.
    3. Then, while still logged in, this same user navigates to a different story page (let’s call it “Story B”) with the intention of purchasing it as well.

    What I expected to happen:

I expected the [pms-register] shortcode on the “Story B” page to display the payment form again, allowing the logged-in user to purchase this second, separate plan and add it to their account. The user should then own both “Story A” and “Story B”.

    What actually happened:

Instead of showing the payment form, the page displays the user’s existing subscription details (similar to the [pms-account] view), showing that they are already subscribed to the “Story A” plan. There is no option to proceed with the new purchase. This effectively prevents a logged-in user from buying more than one individual story.

    My question is:

Is this the expected behavior for the free version of the plugin? Is there any workaround available in the free version to allow users to purchase multiple, separate single-payment plans?

Thank you for your time and clarification.

    Best regards,
    Natacha
