• Hi there,

since today I am having several issues with my page:

    – Slide on Home page is gone (page starts with second section now)
    – On the work with me page, the drop-down menu cannot be opened anymore
    – My testimonials are gone even though I can still see them in the section editing part

These are the first ones I came across but there might be more.

Please advise on what to do here since I have put a lot of work into this and just recently finished everything and now that the page will be promoted next week these issues are a major problem for me.

    Thanks very much in advance!

There’s supposed to be a slider on the homepage ? or a video you mean?
See here – you can see the jQuery error being thrown from LearnPress :

    View post on imgur.com

which is also having a conflict with there Background Video :
    ‘BackgroundVideo.Module.trigger’

    > On the work with me page, the drop-down menu cannot be opened anymore

    Yes.
    It’s the same jQuery error.

There are sooooooo many plugins and assets on your site right now, it’s very hard to troubleshoot. I would recommend turning off or deleting all your plugins and adding them back back in one by one. There may be a conflict happening.

Also – did the WordPress core auto-update yesterday from 5.5 to 5.6 ?

Your theme appears to be a commercial theme…

You should contact the theme author for help with those theme based problems.

    EDIT:

Oh, no… I just checked and the author looks to be Klasikthemes who doesn’t provide any support for that theme.

I’m sorry – we’ll do what we can to help.

Amazing! Just deactivated Learnpress and everything seems to be working again. Thanks for the quick support 🙂

Lol, okay but ……….. that’s not really a solution if you need to use LearnPress on your site!

I don´t for now – so at least a short-term solution. If you have a long-term one, I would love to hear it!

I would open a support ticket with the theme developer, and let them know there is a conflict between their Theme and LearnPress.
