This type of problem is usually not caused by WooCommerce but by your server.
Do you know if the IP address for your server is in some black list?
Do you know if your domain is in some black list too?
Can you check the mail shipping configuration of your server? Are the emails sent with SMTP?

Hi Claudio,
I have today verified all setting and been in contact with my hosting provider. They state that the problem should be with WP as they dont see any trafic on that SMTP server from WP. Im sure if this make sense or not but thats what they tell me. Also they advise me to try another plugin…
Any advise/suggestions is hightly appreciated.
