SFTP – site hosted by WordPress

Hello,

I’ve been trying to use Filezilla to access my wordpress site. My site is hosted by wordpress currently at the domain above.

I can successfully connect to the remote site – but the majority of my folders in wp-config, and to be honest, overall, all have question marks or shortcuts for icons.

When I try to view the folder wp-content/themes, all three folders show the shortcut icon and then subsequently the question mark icon. I get the error messages
Error: no such file or directory
Error: Failed to retrieve the directory listing and then immediately get disconnected.

Do I need to do some WP trickery, or re-set file permissions?
