SG Optimizer “bypass” Image Cache

Hello, I recently noticed that several website images have server response times faster that the initial web response itself (herehere).

I noticed that for each of these images, pingdom is giving a response of
sg-optimizer-worker-status bypass

Properly loading images have “hit” instead of “bypass”

Any idea what’s going on here?
