SG Optimizer Code Remnants in .htaccess

I moved from SiteGround and deleted the SG Optimizer plug-in but just noticed there is code remaining in my .htaccess file. Is it safe to delete? There are a few sections listed and one at the bottom refers to the PHP version change so I wanted to bring attention to that. I don’t want to do anything that will break my site. Thanks!
