This what my website now displays after activating plug in & configuring it. It has become a mess to fix… and apparently this plugin was only meant for SG servers, which I did not see any info on this until I googled this plugin

    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @pressurebeast,

Using our SiteGround Optimizer does not have special requirements or restrictions, thus using it on a website not hosted with us is possible. Yes, some of the features may require the site to be hosted with our company to work as intended, nevertheless, this does not restrict its usage or the available optimization features.

It is quite possible that your hosting environment includes restrictions or does not support the optimization features our plugin offers. To address the issue and resolve the 500 error on your website I advise taking a look at the htaccess file of your website and leave only WordPress core rewrite rules. Then if possible via SSH or by other means disable the plugin in order to restore the website to working condition.

    Best Regards,
