    That’s normal and expected. If you combine files in order to reduce the number of requests made by your website you will have unused CSS and JS because not all the code is used on every page.

    Check how your site performs with CSS / JS combination on and off and select the best configuration for YOU. One more advice – do not chase a fictional score in PageSpeed but check the actual loading times and user experience and choose what’s better for your users.

    @hristo-sg Does that mean your team has stopped working on a defer and critical css solution?
