    Thank you for contacting us! To clarify, BackupGuard has been rebranded as JetBackup for WordPress

    Can you please try using the “Extract” option within the JetBackup for WordPress plugin itself instead of the SGBP extractor?

    You will first need to import the backup. Once the backup has been imported, kindly select the Extract on the backup.

    Hi everyone,

    Just a heads-up — JetBackup for WordPress v3 is now officially released!

    Starting with v3, we’ve switched to using .tar files for backups. This format is more reliable and doesn’t require a special extractor – you can open it with any standard archive tool.
