Shadow Box

Hi All,
I am trying to get a box shadow behind a set of three thumbnails with text below and link to relative pages, as seen here down the page the box that starts “Your next holiday”
And I have been trying it with CSS3 coade and have got this far the area that says “MY Box”.

The problem I have is, I need this to show on all browsers but mainly IE from about 6 onwards. I understand that using CSS3 is not the right way to go, so, can someone help me produce this effect please?
