share buttons below posts

There are a lot of plugins that do this, but i would like to manually add the buttons on the template, i need them to show both on index and single post.
Where would i have to add the button code to show in those places?

PS: the reason of this is because these plugins tend to send data to their servers and often my site get’s slowed down because of them.
