Share Buttons Incrementing

Hello,

I’m not sure what happened but when I checked the share buttons in my homepage, I noticed that they are somehow incrementing in every grid item. So for the first item, it has only 3 buttons(which is okay), but for the second one it became 6, then 9, and so on. And the links on those “extra” buttons came from the previous item. So the second grid item has 6 buttons, the first 3 buttons on that item links to the first grid. The third grid item has 9 buttons, with the first 3 buttons linking to the first item, buttons 4-6 linking to the second item, buttons 6-9 links to the current item, and so on.
