share counts

i was using a free version of mash share and it worked except for emails and add ons. i upgraded to the paid version, it worked and after i upgraded it went off. i activated it recently and realised, my share counts won’t move from zero even though the figures are reflected in my sharedcount admin. my email subscription won’t work, the Facebook like and twitter follow buttons won’t work.

Hi,

please enable all three debug options in mashshare->settings->debug and let me know than.

> the Facebook like and twitter follow buttons won’t work.

I only find some like buttons on top of your pages http://awanaija.com/mr-president-finally-declares/

They work on my side.

Possible to give me access to your wp-admin to check that?

not all the posts have been shared. I’m mainly concerned with the ones that have been shared. if you can help resolve the issue in general i’ll be really glad.

Which ones have been shared and which ones contains shares recognized by saredcount.com?

check mashshare->settings-> if you are using an api key. Do you?

I’m using an API from shared counts… I even created a new API and updated the mash share settings with it but the shares are still not updating.. Here’s the new API

weird, your api key seems to be working. I can only offer you to debug when when you create a account for wp-admin for me.

Fixed! You used a wrong api key. Your key contained spaces.
