Share language link show default language

Hello, if I share on social or other service a link which is not the default language, title and description that it load will be those of the default.

Example: http://www.mydomain.com/it/post has title and description with IT language and if I share that link, I will see title and descrioption with IT language, correct.

http://www.mydomain.com/en/post has title and description with EN language but if I share it, I will see title and description with IT language.

Why this happen? How can I fix it?
