share options using embedded folders

    Im looking for functionality that will allow users of the site to share files within the embedded folder with other non users.

    I want to embed a list of documents in each custom post on the site that will then allow the users to either download a single document or multiple documents. I also want to add the functionality that enables sharing of those documents with other people via email.

    Is it possible to achieve this functionality with any of the versions of this plugin?

    Thank you for your message.

    The Enterprise version of Google Drive Embedder will be able to do some of this, but not all of it in the way you describe.

    You can use it to display embedded folders to non-Google users (e.g. just anyone who has access to the WordPress page). Users can click to open up a preview of the document (within the same tab), and then click to open it fully in a new tab, or click to download (depending on whether it is a Google doc or a non-native file type).

    However, it doesn’t allow any kind of batch download. You would also need to open up the document in Drive itself to be able to share the document.
