    My site is factoverfallacy.com

    When I click share on both google plus or facebook the preview includes the title and some of the icons.

    For example, if I click facebook share the preview window says “Share the love Tweet 1” followed by my description of the article.

    Even after deleting the title and rearranging the icons, it still shows.

    Any advice is much appreciated.

    Sometimes the Open Graph Meta Tags cache needs to be updated manually which is maintained at Facebook’s end.
    For that, you need to enter the problematic webpage url (where you are facing issue with sharing preview) at following link:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
    and click Fetch new scrape information button. Now, you should be able to see proper content in sharing window at that webpage.
    You need to do this for all the webpages where you are facing this issue.

    I just did it but same issue unless it takes time. The same for Google+.

    However, this does not happen for the new articles I just posted.

    Sorry, nothing we can do about this. This is related to Facebook. You can scrape the url twice.

    The same for Google+

    There isn’t any url scrapper for GooglePlus.

    However, this does not happen for the new articles I just posted.

    Because meta tags are already present in the newly published article.
