    In quote actions – published unaccepted the URL https://bamyan.com.au/clients/quotes/2 does not preview the quote status. It display the below message.

    Not Found
    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Thanks for contacting us! To view or access a quote, the user needs to be logged into the Client Portal on your website. If you are logged in as the website’s admin, you can preview the quote by clicking the “preview” link in the Share the Link or preview: section of the quotes editor page.

    You can also enable “Allow Easy-Access links” settings under Jetpack CRM > Settings > Client Portal to allow users to access the quote using a URL without logging into the Client Portal.

    Thank you, Gaurav. If I click the preview button it opens the contact tab/page but still does not preview the invoice until I manually download it on my machine.

    To check if there are any third party plugin conflicts that are breaking this quotes preview function, could you try:

    1. Install [Health Check](https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/) plugin on your site
    2. Download and install [Twenty Twenty](https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentytwenty/) on your site if not installed already
    3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on Jetpack CRM
    4. Try to preview the quote again
    5. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.

    Using troubleshooting mode allows you to enable and disable plugins/themes, in your logged-in session only without affecting the public view.
