    Hi there,

I have a WP multisite network and need to have your plugin on all the websites. I know that I need to activate the plugin on each site rather than network activate it. But I need to \”share\” the support users across the network. For example, if a visitor register and submit a ticket on site #1, he needs to be able to connect on site #2 also. Is that possible and how?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi @cedriccharles,

Even though we haven’t tested these plugins, you could test the Network subsite User registration plugin to try a single multisite login for your agents. I’m not sure if there might be a problem with them as they change the role of users to “super admin” instead of the Support Agent that Awesome Support Provides.

Another solution might be by exporting users data so that they can login with the same user and password (the issue would be if they loose the password in one of those sites, and users’ accounts would be duplicated in the main multisite dashboard).

    Regards.
