Hi krystyn, can you try resetting the plugin (in the Advanced section) and trying again?
Thanks..I reset it and they are still greyed out. I can see they reset, because they are back to the squares with the heading, and I had them as circles..but I can’t edit them.
Are there any specific permissions that one of the files should have for the plugin that maybe got changed? It’s very strange I can’t change anything, but the plugin is still “working.”
Are you using any browser addons or extensions that may be blocking things ex. adblock?
What happens with you click on “Edit General Settings”?
I’m using Firefox…no blocking of ads, but I switched to chrome and it worked. Ugh, hate it when I don’t think to try something like that.

And, yes, I know, it’s not for my site, so I can’t log into my account.
But, if I am in there, I can’t change the colors of the buttons, can I? Or the size? (The round ones).
