To allow users to add ratings and reviews you will need to create a form and add it on your page.
Just go to your dashboard > Testimonials > Views > create a new View and choose Form as your template.
Set it up > then paste the shortcode on your page and that’s all. You will have to share this page to your clients so they can leave testimonials.
You can also add new fields to it by going to Testimonials > Fields.
