Sharing bar on left side

Hello

I have a sharing bar on the left side of all my pages and posts. I want to remove it and use a different sharing plugin. I did not create the site and am having trouble getting help from the person who did.

I cannot find the widget or plugin that he used to add the sharing bar. Any help would be appreciated on how I can remove this.

I am new to wordpress so try to baby-step me through this if you can.
