Sharing Buttons Not Working

I’m using the official buttons (have tried all actually). On a new post it is already showing some items shared but they haven’t been. In face, I personally cannot click on any of the buttons. Nothing happens. Not even a hover state. It’s like they are just stuck there. I’ve tried it in both Safari and Chrome and it’s the same result. A link to a blog post:
