How did you try to place the icons? Via widget? Via Shortcode? Floating?
Hi @socialdude,
From what I understand the icons are suppose to display after each post in the text body. Is this correct? Does that functionality need a shortcode or widget in order to work?
Thanks

Ok, placing the icons after or before posts is one option. So you selected that under question 6, and they still don’t show?
What’s your website url so that I can see?
Hi @socialdude,
Yes I selected that under question 6. Here is my sandbox website http://humstaging.byu.edu/english/poetry-jam-at-the-moa/
Thanks
Thank you. Could it be that http://humstaging.byu.edu/english/poetry-jam-at-the-moa/ is a page, not a post? If so, please check out the premium plugin, which allows you to place the icons also at the end of pages, see https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/
Hi @socialdude,
I’ve already checked that and http://humstaging.byu.edu/english/poetry-jam-at-the-moa/ is a post. Is there something within the post text body that the theme needs in order for the plugin to work?
No, usually it should work.
Maybe there are issues on your theme, we would need to have a closer look to debug. This is also part of the supported premium plugin. Note: this is not the fault of our plugin, because usually it works.
Ok, thank you @socialdude! I’ll talk with the people who own the theme and see what could be wrong.
