Sharing Posts to Twitter Doesn’t Work

I have a personal blog in the Arabic language. All of my URLs include Arabic words such as https://salahblog.com/جمال-الطبيعة-في-نيوزيلندا/

When I want to share a post on Twitter, I noticed the plugin doesn’t encode the URL to UTF-8. This is a limitation of Twitter and I hope this plugin can have a fix for its non-English speakers.
