I checked the Jetpack Sharing Buttons on a test site, and the print option worked without any issues. That tells us there may be something on your particular site that is causing the problem.
I noticed you’re using the WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click plugin on the site, which may be causing the problem. That plugin prevents access to images and site content, and may be preventing the site content from being printed.
The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, and clear your browser’s cache.
- Then, try printing a blog post again. If the blog post prints correctly, then you know another plugin is conflicting here.
- You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking printing a blog post after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
- You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
Let us know how that goes!
Okay, that sounds like a logic thing. The only thing is that I have been using that plugin for ages and the print issues are more recent…
After reactivating all the plugins one by one, the problems (weirdly enough) seems to be coming from a totally different one?! Deactivated it and am now awaiting an answer from the last person emailing me about the print issues…. Hopefully the problem is solved.
I’ll be back with an update as soon as I have one.
Seems to be working again!
