    Hi,

    I have been using your plugin for years with great satisfaction, but recently stopped it syncing, although I haven’t changed anything on the website. Form data comes in the same way, but no longer connected to the Google sheet. I’ve updated CF7 and this plugin since then, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve reconnected my Google Account, but it still doesn’t work, even though all the settings are correct (and it worked perfectly for years).
    What could be the problem?

    Hi @walacky,

    As recently there were many major updates related to the Google API Library it requires you to reauthenticate again with your Google Account.

    As you have already authenticated but still it is not working then do the below steps.

    1) Deactivate the authentication.
    2) Clear the log file by clicking Debug Log “Clear” link from the integration page.
    3) Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove 3rd party application access related to GSheetConnector.
    4) Get the fresh authentication code and save it.
    5) Lastly test that data is getting saved to the sheet or not.

    If still not getting saved then create a fresh new sheet, add headers ( make sure you add exact names for headers without square braces []), and test.

    or try to connect with some other Google Account and test there.
